Wonderful baked goods: mince pies and gingerbread reindeers by Taylors traditional (and local) bakers, or organic panettone, stollen and cantuccini for a more continental flavour.

Plus lots more of course: do come and see!

Looking forward to our Christmas shopping evening tomorrow, Wednesday 10th December! The High Street will be opening late with Father Christmas, stalls on the street, choirs and bands from the schools, roasted chestnuts, and lots of other goodies.

We’ll be open late too, so please drop in for festive tasters and samples, and a great chance to get your Christmas shopping done and support local businesses at the same time.

Couldn’t resist sharing these: so beautiful – and tasty too! Make a lovely salad with toasted pine nuts, or radicchio risotto, or both?
